We have taken a peripheral look at the RF signals. They have been readout since June. We
find some anamolies. In particular, we sometimes see that both signals are sometimes zero. This
can happen if the enable time of the TDC is larger than 40 ns and both the signal and its
inverse happen to come immediately after the start. To solve this problem, we can change the
prescale factor from its present 40 (40 ns between signal and inverse) and 80 (160 ns). This
time should never have the present problem and we should always have at least one signal firing
the TDC.
Could you let me know how to modify the circuit to accomplish this. We would like to
modify it before the run next week.
