changes to the SC code

I've made a few changes to the SC code regarding how the calibration
constants are obtained/manipulated:
(1) All the calibration constants are read from the map, including the
status word. The call to sc_brun_ in sc_maputil.c now includes the
ScCal_uncertainties and the ScCal_status arrays in addition to the
ScCal_values array. The default values for all the parameters have been
put into the map at run #1 (pedestals are set to zero, etc.). The normally
incident MIP channel is in the map with the parameter name M0.
(2) As a consequence of (1), the SCC bos bank has been eliminated. The SCG
geometry bank and the requisite software have not been changed.
