At the request of Elton and Latifa I have created a brand new map for the
TOF calibration constants called SC_CALIBRATIONS.map. To make Joe happy I
have attempted to make the names of the map items more meaningful. The
contents of the map are as follows at the end of the message. All the
items with 'u' at the end are uncertainties for the given map subsystem.
The most significant change from the old map is how the relative time
offsets are handled. These are now several items underneath the subsystem
'delta_T'. I have put in status words for both left and right, but right
now the slots are empty. We need to decide what information will be stored
there and how to store it.
