We meet yesterday and reviewed our readiness for the run. Much needs to be
accomplished next week. The forward carriage moves today, Wednesday. The north clam shell
moves Monday, the south on Tuesday. Cabling must occur on Wednesday. We can take data with
the forward carriage now. As soon as cabling is complete, we can take data on the north
(Tuesday?) and south clam shells.
Next Tuesday at 1:30, we will have a TOF training session in the counting house, to
go over monitoring of the TOF system.
