This third circular is to remind everyone who intends to attend the
Workshop to fill out a registration form or otherwise let us know your
requirements. It is important that you make your reservations at the Red Roof
Inn by March 31st to obtain the block rate. Call 1-800-843-7663 to secure a roomin your name and mention either "NMR Workshop" or Block Number B24000208.
A draft program is attached with featured speakers. However there is time for
other presentations and some people have already indicated that they have
information to share. When the rest of the reservations have been received we
will have a better idea of how these presentations can be incorporated into the program. Meanwhile, please tell us about any changes or topics you believe
would enhance the program. We will perodically update the program on our Web
page.
We intend to have lunch catered in a nearby room at Zehmer Hall. The cost will
be approximately $10 per head per day. Please let us know if you wish to make
other arrangements, such as drive to nearby restaurants.
Recently we were informed that the International Spin Physics Committee has
agreed to sponsor this Workshop.
