from Steve's message you have already seen that we don't have a full day
to meet on Thursday anymore. I propose we try instead to squeeze our meeting
into Thursday morning, avoiding extra travel days for our out-of-town
collaborators. This means that the talks should be fairly short and to
the point - we won't have time to go over the history ("what has happened
in the last months") much; instead, we need to focus on the remaining tasks
(especially the ones which still require a sizeable amount of manpower/time).
I anticipate that we will meet Thursday, June 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.
(most likely in Room L104, CEBAF Center).
Let me propose to spend roughly 45 minutes on each of the following topics:
1) Data Acquisition: integrating polarized quantities into the
DAQ, beam current information, trigger, target - DAQ interface, EPICS,...
2) Beamline: Final design, installation and alignment scheme, new devices,
beam rastering, Moeller.
3) Target: Electronics, control (software and hardware), NMR and microwave,
remaining hardware work.
4) Simulations, Online/Offline software, analysis plans, Physics goals.
Please let me know your opinions, and, EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY, volunteer to
give talks on any of these subjects.
