The latest Schedule for the CLAS collaboration meeting shows us
meeting from 5:05 - 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 5, in room L104.
This meeting will immediately follow the e1 running group meeting,
and I assume that most of you will attend both meetings, which allows
us some flexibility in our agenda. I believe that 1 1/2 hours might
be a bit short (although we should TRY), so maybe we can extend our
meeting a bit longer if needed.
I believe we should concentrate on the following 3 main agenda
items (roughly 1/2 hour each):
1) RUNPLAN: I will present the updated version of our beam time
request for discussion.
2) Target design issues: As pointed out in earlier messages, we
need to come to some decisions about the size, shape and material
for our 3 target cells (plus dummy). Marco Anghinolfi will give us
an update on the work done at Genova; Don Crabb will give a status
report on the target the next day.
3) It would be good to have status reports on rastering, beam line
devices and especially the Moeller spectrometer. I hope that the
Duke or FIU groups can report on that.
Please let me know if you have any other concerns/discussion items.
See you on Friday -
