I understand that we decide to create new bank ECHB in additional to other
output banks. After Stepan will change source I'll copy it to ITEP. I think
that should be some key ( TCL key) to switch on/off this bank, or
we'll need it any time ?
It seems that using C code in some places can make algorithm more fast
and clear. Can I use C code like Italian friends ? I'm going to prepare some
changes and I see that some places can be done much better in C.
