New CelegTYv2 output file

There is a new Celeg+GSIM file in the simulation repository.
It is 2.4 GeV electrons on protons, documented in the same directory.
Also there is an ntuple version of it using TY's new and improved
ntuple format, which people may want to try. The names are:
2.4gev_p_tgt_e_phi=0.evt
2.4gev_p_tgt_e_phi=0.doc
2.4gev_p_tgt_e_phi=0.rzn
