I am putting another GSIM file in the repository.
It is identical to 2.4gev_p_tgt_3.evt, except it
has a q^2 cut of 0.25 instead of 0.5 so that we
can look at the 'less interesting' events on the
edge of the detector acceptance. ~20,000 events.
The new file is named 2.4gev_p_tgt_3.evt.
