New Celeg-GSIM file in repository

Hello,

I have put (yet) another Celeg-GSIM file in the simulation
repository. Its path and name are:

/clas/clas02/esc1/calcom/mc/2.4gev_p_tgt_5.evt

This one, like previous ones in this series, is for 2.4 GeV
incident beam with B=0.5*Bmax, electrons in-bending. What is
new is that the range in Q^2 is from zero to 3 GeV^2. Previous
versions have had a low Q^2 cutoff, which always limits the
accuracy of the results in a fundamental way. Now TY Tung
has implemented a Q^4 weighting of the data coming out of
Celeg. This means we can have reasonable statistics at all
values of momentum transfer, with the proviso that you include
the weight factor in the subsequent analysis. I've looked at
the data briefly and on first inspection it seems ok. I hope
people will try to analyze this data in detail and see how
it looks. The documentation and ntuple files associated with
it will be provided soon.
