As I went to gather the files and destroy the links in $CLAS_PARMS
yesturday I found an unfortunate situation: /usr/user9/avakian/parms is
no longer a real directory! This will make it difficult to have
gsim/recsis read in needed files.

I wonder if Harout reads this news group?
