progress toward calibration event reconstruction

Hello,

TY has added two banks to his ntuple making software -
the SCRB bank and the CCRC bank. They work, although for
realistic events it appears necessary to allow more than
50 entries for the SCRB.

I have added the SCRW bank to the set of 'ntupled' BOS
banks. It also seems to work, although it seems to have
increased the output size of the ntuple by 50%. (This may
be because I allowed 100 entries for both SC banks.) I will
put a new version of the ntuple for 2.4gev_p_tgt_8.evt
in the simulation repository for people to try out.

I also have a prototype track matching routine if
people want to try it. It is a single fortran file
which operates on the above ntuple and produces
(so far) a particle array, without any PID yet.
(This is intended only for calorimeter commissioning,
and does not address the general problem for which Kevin
Beard's code is intended.)
