New version of the EC1 digitization has been created and placed
into RCS.
The main changes are:
digi_ec1.F

In new version has been added simulation of the timing uncertainty
inside EC1 according to experimental measurements done by INFN group
(see also: Nucl.Inst.& Meth. in Phys.Res., A370(1996)429-434).
Poisson distributed fluctuations of number photoelectrons now
approximated by Gaussian.
ffkey_ec1.F, ffpar_ec1.F, digi_ec1.F

added new ffkey KEC1 and corresponding variable "charge_to_adc"
(conversional factor from pC to ADC counts).
geom_ec1_ini.F, digi_ec1.F

Mean number of photoelectrons/Mev ("mean luminosity") has been added for
EACH PMT (before the equal values for PMT on the both ends of one stack
has been used).
