As of 19:10 Mar 6 there is a new ECCA.bfp in $CLAS_PARMS
(/net/fs1/site/clas/u1/cmobj/parms) which contains the
pedestal mean and rms values for EC sectors 3,5 and 6.
These values were derived from run 607 (clas_peds_000607.a00)
and can by applied to all the data from the Feb run.
Let me know of any problems with this file.
BTW, Elliot..this was not checked in with cms. You can
show me how on Friday.
