The good news is Cole fixed the attenuation calibration file,
every thing is OK, who wonts to use the real attenuation lenghts
needs to def_atten = 0.
I did some minor changies in EC,
in eccal_strip I add two counters for number of strips fiered,
that could be usefull for detector studies, also corrected
time for layer "WHOLE";
in ec_ini_befor one line is added to initialize the hit counter for
layer "WHOLE".
As usual I made a libraries on HP and SUN platforms.
