I've started a web page to store my own preliminary
analysis and running commentary on EC data taken in Feb.
It can be reached via:

At present only the 'Background Studies' link is active.
BTW, for those who hate creating Web pages (me, for instance)
a great tool is Netscape 3.01 Gold, which has a built-in
HTML editor. Someone should get the computer center to make
it the default.
