I have (at least) one complaint about the
ECHB, and that is that the error estimate on
the hit timing has been eliminated. As the
saying goes, a measurement has no meaning without
an error estimate, and I think this will be
quite important when we get to the point of
measuring neutron momenta of greater than 1
GeV by the method of time-of-flight.
