Neutral People,

I have started an archive of documents relevant to KL -> pi0 nu nubar.
The files are accessible via anonymous ftp and from most web browsers.
Detailed instructions for accessing these files are given below. Also
below, you will find a brief description of the files in the
archive. This description will be maintained in the file
0_table_of_contents.txt.

If you have a document that you would like to add to the archive, send
it along to me. I will add it in and announce the addition via the
email list. (Akira?)

detector. Efficiencies and resolutions were measured. Figures
