The workshop for <bold>JLab Physics and Instrumentation with 6-12 GeV
Beams</bold> will be held at Jefferson Lab June 15-18, 1998. Details on
the plenary and parallel sessions and the pre-workshop session can be

<bold>Registration

</bold>Registration is $60.00 per person. Registration includes
admittance to all workshop sessions, morning and afternoon breaks,
three evening receptions, and your annual Users Group membership fee.
Advance registration should be made via e-mail to users@jlab.org.
Please include your name, institution, and e-mail address.

If you choose to pay in advance, please make check or money orders
payable to SURA/Jefferson Lab. Credit cards will not be not accepted.

$10.00 per person.
