Zilu Zhou's proposal to measure spin observables for d(e,e'p) in the
delta region has been accepted by the review panel as a Hall A
Collaboration proposal. The review process was once again productive
and constructive, as it generated several suggestions for improving
the physics case for the proposal.

donated some of their time to serve on the review panel. Also thanks
