Dear Hall A Collaboration Member,

At the next Collaboration Meeting, April 2-4 at JLab, there will
be a meeting of the Third Arm Working Group. I have not been
informed as yet as to the official slot for this meeting, but I am
told that it will be either an entire morning or afternoon session
(approximately 3 hours).

There are two main goals for the meeting. First, we will have
update reports from groups which are pursuing potential
third arm detector systems in Hall A. Thus far, the list of
talks is

Richard Lindgren - U.Va. - Scintillator Matrix Tests in Hall A
Bogdan Wojtsekhowski - JLab - Photon Calorimeter Tests in Hall A
Ed Brash - U. of Regina - HARP Calibration and Status

The above list is certainly not closed at this point. If you would
like to make a short presentation (about 15 minutes is ideal) on
any progress that your group has made, please let me know and
I will adjust the schedule accordingly.

Following the presentations, there will be a general discussion
of the plans for the future. Most importantly, we would like to
come up with a plan for subsequent tests in the Hall over the
next few months. I will make a short presentation and summary
of the ideas that I have received to date.

Regards,
Ed Brash.
