You will likely have received the latest Jefferson Lab PAC Call for
Proposals from Karen Hokansson via the CEBAF Users' Group List. The
deadline for proposal submissions is June 4th. Please read carefully
the information about PAC beam-time allocation guidelines! You can

Pending approval of the Hall A Collaboration Charter, we will stick
with the old model of review of Collaboration proposals: proposers who
would like to submit their proposals as Hall A Collaboration Proposals
must submit their proposals to the appropriate physics working group
(or to the CC if it's not clear which one is appropriate) by MAY 20.
If the proposal is not in the hands of the appropriate working group
by this date, it WILL NOT be considered for approval by the
Collaboration until the next PAC cycle. Collaboration approval is
not, however, a requirement for PAC submission.
Finally, I urge you all (including our theorist colleagues) to take
part in the Users Group workshop on the energy upgrade this summer.
This is your chance to determine what physics we'll be doing in Hall A
ten years from now!
