I am in charge of the organization of the election
of two new members of the Hall-A Coordinating Commettee
(CC), in order to replace Mike Finn and Pascal Vernin
(outgoing board members).
Pierre Bertin and Jeff Templon were elected last summer
and will serve one more year.
Scedule:
-vote to nominate: from May 1st to June 1st, 1998
-establish the list of nominates: by June 15th
-first ballot: from June 15 to July 15
-second ballot (if needed): from July 15 to Aug. 15
15 to Aug. 15
The ballot is open to all members of the Hall-A
collaboration. The CC cannot have two members from
the same institution.
The vote to nominate is now open: send me by e-mail
two names of Hall-A collaboration members before June 1st.
