This letter serves as the first announcement of the Hall A
Collaboration Meeting for Summer, 1998. The meeting will be held at
Jefferson Lab on 13, 14, and 15 August. Note that these dates are
different than those given in the most recent CC meeting minutes.
As usual, there will be "update" sessions where recent
progress on experiments and systems development will be discussed, as
well as sessions devoted to upcoming experiments.
Working-group convenors wishing to convene their group for
this meeting should contact the CC. The few-body convenor has already
expressed an interest in convening that group. Please start planning
now --- it helps people who have conflicts make informed decisions on
whether to attend this meeting or others.
