There is a revised version of the updated E94-108 proposal in
~markowit/pac14/k.ps on the
Jlabxx machines. Please read it carefully and send me comments ASAP.
This is near to a final version,
and any typos or mis-spellings should be mentioned if you spot any.

I hope to FedEx off a copy on Wendesday the 3 of June, so
please send your comments by 5 pm on Tuesday 2 June. Thanks to those of
you who have already sent comments. They have been
very useful.
