At the CC meeting yesterday (a full report of the CC meeting will be
published shortly), the dates of the next Hall A collaboration meeting
were decided.
The Collaboration Meeting will open at
1:00 PM on Thursday, November 6th, 1997.
The meeting will run until at least the afternoon of Saturday,
November 8th. If the program becomes very full, we may possibly run
over into Saturday evening and/or Sunday.
Physics working group sessions will be held on Thursday evening and
Friday morning. Working-group session programs will be coordinated by
the corresponding working-group chairperson.
I believe a detailed call for presentations at the collaboration
meeting will be published in the minutes of the CC meeting -- I am
sure you will correct me if I am wrong.
