The Hall A Collaboration Meeting will take place at Jefferson Lab on
November 6, 7, and 8. The meeting will include time on Thursday (6
Nov.) evening and Friday (7 Nov.) morning for physics working groups.
We'd like to begin planning for the Collaboration Meeting. We
envision at least three general sessions:
Session A: "Status reports from Hall and First Experiments" ---
Presentations on the Hall status, updates on experimental equipment
(especially those apparati still being commissioned or developed), and
reports from experiments that have run or are running (i.e. 89-003,
89-033, and 91-026.)
Session B: "Updates on scheduled experiments" ---
discussion of possible/desirable adaptations of
programs to take into account current equipment capabilities or new
information from recent experiments elsewhere.
Session C: "General Proposal Updates" ---
for anyone who'd like to present something about approved experiments.

own calls for presentations; please contact me and let me know about
how much time you expect your session will require.
