Hall A Collaboration Meeting -- Small Change + Tentative Programme

Dear Colleagues,

This message will serve as a reminder about the upcoming Hall A
Collaboration Meeting at Jefferson Lab on November 6, 7, and 8
(Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.) The meeting will include
general presentations about the Hall A status, reports on experiments
which have been run or are running, and updates on proposed future
experiments in the Hall. Many of the physics working groups will hold
meetings during this time.

There has been a small change in the schedule for the meeting; the
first working group sessions will begin on THURSDAY MORNING. The
original announcement stated that the meeting would begin on Thursday
afternoon. This has been changed because of the need for additional
time for working group sessions.

The Few-Body / Short-Range Structure working group has a list of
speakers which is accessible at

The schedule for when each speaker will speak has not yet been
decided. Some of these talks will likely be moved to the Many-Body
working group session.

Below follows a preliminary meeting schedule. Some working group
sessions have been tentatively written in, based on what we know now,
but this could change. Working group convenors should contact me if
they want to be scheduled.
