There is a proposal in the few-body group which is
requesting Hall A Collaboration Proposal status. The proposal
is titled
Systematic Probe of Short-Range Correlations in the
4He "Dip"
and is being submitted by Jeff Templon from U. of Georgia
(and other collaborators).
Jeff is the convenor of the Few Body Working Group, and so
for obvious reasons has removed himself from acting as arbiter
in this process. I will be acting in this role for this
proposal.
Comments on this proposal are welcome from all Hall A members.

and I will be happy to send one to you (electronically, of course).
Proposals are due by December 18th, so I would like to have any
comments by the end of this week, if at all possible.
