A proposal has been placed on the Few-Body Working Group's FTP site.

This proposal is being submitted by Zilu Zhou (MIT) and concerns the
use of the FPP to measure spin observables in d(e,e'p) which are
sensitive to details of the delta isobar.
This proposal falls under the Few-Body wing and Zilu welcomes
participation and comments from all Hall A Collaboration members.
The proposal was submitted with intent to become a Collaboration
experiment, but was too late to make the working-group review
process. However, your help in making this the best proposal possible
is still welcomed and valued. If you have the time between now and
Thursday, please download the proposal, give it a look and send Zilu
your comments.
