The web pages for run information and the electronic logbook are now
restored to full working order. They have been updated to include the
new information that is collected at the beginning and ending of each
run.

There is a problem with the Ingres database that has been causing it
to crash. Since this problem was exposed by the web page generation
programs, web access was temporarily suspended.

We have created a workaround for the problem. Please advise Greg
Riccardi (riccardi@cebaf.gov) of any problems with the web site.
