We use clas10 (an HP735) to control PMT HV's. All control screens can be
accessed starting from our EPICS gui launcher. After logging into clas10
as clasrun, give the
command:
gui_launch
and click on the ``HV'' button. A more detailed set of instructions is
given in section 4.
