Dear photofission colleagues:
Forwarded herewith is a message from Arne regarding the discovery of the
obstruction in the beam pipe. We take heart from this discovery that the
Tagger will now function efficiently and well. We are in the process of
negotiating additional beam time for the final Tagger commissioning and
photofission experiment.
