1. Commissioning starts on Monday, September 29, 8:00 am and lasts until
Tuesday, October 7, 7:00 am. For all of that period Hall A will take
one-pass standard beam (845 MeV).
2. Day 1: commissioning of fast raster, energy spectrum OTR, coil pulsing
for parity, ionization chambers for Machine Protection System.
Commissioning of (e,p) system will take place parasitically.
3. Day 2-6: boiling tests for cryo-target with both HRS under identical
conditions (so HRSH reversed polarity).
4. Day 7: commissioning of parity detector. HRSE at 12.5 degrees, HRSH
unspecified.
5. Day 8: test run for VCS. HRSE 52.4 degrees, HRSH 31.5 degrees (at
standard polarity).
6. Jian-Ping Chen is the run coordinator for the full period.
7. For all of the above activities written test plans have to be submitted
to Jian-Ping and me.
