Hall A Commissioning shift Schedule

Dear Hall A Collaborators,

Starting on the 16th of August the electron spectrometer (Q1, Q2,
dipole and Q3) will become availabe for operation and the start of its
commissioning activity. As it has been planned these commissioning
activities will take place on weekends. Please see hall A commissioning
WEB site at:


http://www.cebaf.gov/halla/calibrations/calibration.html

Here we will try to make the shift schedule for the weekends of the 15th
( Fri 16:00 - Mon 4:00).

To be able to make a resonable schedule, we identify the
following responsibilities:

1. Magnets
2. Detectors
3. Data Acquisition
4. Beamline/Target
5. Data Analysis.

In your response, I would like from you to fill the following for each
shift:

++ : Want to be on this shift.
+- : Will not mind if I were on this shift
-- : Do not want to be on this shift

and claim a responsibility.

I will send you an example of how the response should be. You may edit
the example and change it to fit you.
