Hall A Commissioning shift Schedule

Dear Hall A Collaborators,

Starting on the 12th of December the Hadron Arm HMS will become
availabe for operation and the start of its commissioning activity.
Please see hall A commissioning WEB site at:

http://www.cebaf.gov/halla/calibrations/calibration.html

Here I will try to make the shift schedule for the commissioning run
from Thursday, Dec. 12th 08:00 am. to Wednesday, Dec. 18th 08:00 am.

To be able to make a resonable schedule, I identify the
following responsibilities:

1. Magnets
2. Detectors
3. Data Acquisition
4. Beamline & Target
5. Data Analysis.

In your response, I would like from you to fill the following for each
shift:

++ : Want to be on this shift.
+- : Will not mind if I were on this shift
-- : Do not want to be on this shift

and claim a responsibility.

I will send you an example of how the response should be. You may edit
the example and change it to fit you.

Note: please reply by Monday, Dec. 9 1996 10:00 am.
