Dear Hall A Collaborators,

The commissioning run for the weekend of Dec 13th is CANCELLED because
the accelerator is experising problems with the separation Septa magnets.
Sorry for this confusion and inconvenience. IT HAS BEEN DECIDED
(Eddy+Accelerator) TO GET BEAM TO HALL A AT THE WEEKEND OF DEC 20th.

Here I will try to make the shift schedule for the commissioning run
from Friday, Dec. 20th 16:00 to Sunday, Dec. 22nd 16:00.

To be able to make a resonable schedule, I identify the
following responsibilities:

1. Magnets
2. Detectors
3. Data Acquisition
4. Beamline & Target
5. Data Analysis.

In your response, I would like from you to fill the following for each
shift:

++ : Want to be on this shift.
+- : Will not mind if I were on this shift
-- : Do not want to be on this shift

and claim a responsibility.

I will send you an example of how the response should be. You may edit
the example and change it to fit you.

Note: please reply by Tuesday, Dec. 17 1996 13:00.
