Hi Kebin: With respect to kaon photoproduction, the references which come
to mind are:
1) Important paper by Wolfram Weise et al, Nucl. Phys. A612, 297 (1997).
2) There was stuff done by Zhenping Li while he was a postdoc with
Leonard Kisslinger at CMU, but I don't know the reference.
3) For eta photoproduction, there are important references from
Mukhopadhyay at RPI and Tiator at Mainz.
4) I think that Cornelius Bennhold at GWU may have worked on this stuff.
5) I believe that Steve Cotanch at NCState does this sort of thing.
6) Look also at stuff by Oset.
