POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE IN NUCLEAR & PARTICLE PHYSICS
RENSSELAER POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE
The Nuclear and Particle Physics group at Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute has an opening for a postdoctoral research associate, to
begin January 1, 1997. The successful candidate will join our ongoing
experimental effort at Jefferson Laboratory (formerly CEBAF). Our
major experiments there include the CEBAF Large Acceptance Spectrometer
(CLAS) and studies of rare, radiative decays of the Phi meson
(E94-016). Our group is also continuing analysis of a large data set
from BNL, Experiment E852, a search for mesons with unusual quantum numbers.
A recent PhD in Nuclear or High Energy Physics is required. Interested
