Version 1.4 of CDEV is now available from the FTP site
at ftp.cebaf.gov in the pub/cdev/1.4 directory. The
documentation in both postscript and html formats are
also available from that directory.

Updated CDEV Documentation has been posted to the CDEV
World Wide Web page at http://www.cebaf.gov/cdev. This
