If not we need to know how many copies of the first chapter or two we
need to make for those who have books on order but not here yet. For
those of you who responded to my Text Books email I will keep track of
the numbers.

For the rest of you, Please let me know if you need a copy of the first
few chapters by the end of the day on Thursday so that we can get it to
you before the class starts.
