Reason: We are currently experiencing hardware/software problems
on CCNT1 with the tape backup system. We will be troubleshooting
the system throughout the day to try to issolate and fix the problem.
This may require several emergency reboots throughout the day as
well as a scheduled down time later on in the day to replace possible
bad hardware and install patches to the backup software. We will
notify you of any reboots or planned outages.
Status: Emergency Reboot was performed at 8:30am
Time: July 28, Monday
Affected: Mac and PC users connecting to CCNT1 for file and printer
resources. Note that printing resources on CCNT2 will be available for
users during this time.
