In accordance with Readiness Condition 2, the Computer Center will be
performing a backup of the two NT servers beginning at 1:00 pm
today (Friday, Aug. 30) so that the backup can be completed and
stored before close of business. Please insure that you have copied
any files that you need to backup to these servers by 1:00 today.

Please do NOT backup applications and system files -- only your
work files that have not yet been backed up. As many staff members
will be backing up, it is important that we minimize the load on
the systems by doing only an "incremental backup" -- i.e. just
files that have not been copied to the server.
