The JLAB DS3 line will be moved from its connection into Relay to
the ESnet Fore Sw at the SPRINT POP in D.C. The cutover will start at
17:00 EDT on Thursday July 31st. The interruptions for the config changes
should be between 15 to 30 min. to get all the VP back on line.
