Root 5.08/00 is default version

Title:

Root 5.08/00 is now the default version at JLab.  The command "use root/4.00-08" is available for running the previous version.

Root 5.08/00 is available in CUE with the "use root/5.08-00" command.
Bob Michaels has installed and tested it -- please try it and provide any
feedback to him or to helpdesk@jlab.org. This will become the default
version of root on the next maintenance day.
