And here is what I believe are the universally (?) agreed upon cuts:
1) All electron cuts including Osipenko and EC
2) For inclusive:
.88 < W < 1.00
"Loose" Fiducial Cut
3) For exclusive:
No fiducial Cut (?)
.85 < W < 1.05
Theta_prot < 49 degrees
Theta_qvec < 49 degrees
abs(Theta_prot-Theta_qvec) < 2.0
177 < delta phi < 183
abs(emiss) < 0.08
4) For ALL Energies and both methods: Q2 > 0.2 GeV2 ("Ahrenhovel cut" - below this quasi-elastic is not reliable)
5) For inclusive: Do not use any Q2 bins for which the "theoretical asymmetry" is below 0.1. Here are the lowest Q2 bins to use:
1.x GeV - .203 (see rule 4)
2.4 GeV - .243
2.6 GeV - .291
4.2 GeV - .59
5.x GeV - .841
6) For exclusive: Don't use any Q2 bins for which the W distribution is severely distorted by acceptance effects. Here are the lowest Q2 bins to use:
1.x GeV - 0.84
2.x GeV - 1.2
4.x GeV - 1.7
5.x GeV - 2.0
