Dear colleague,
A meeting has been scheduled at Jefferson Laboratory to discuss the
preparation of a Letter of Intent to the Jefferson Laboratory 12 GeV
PAC for a program of high-precision measurements of parity-violating
asymmetries in deep inelastic scattering.
The meeting is set for Tuesday-Wednesday, August 12-13, in Jefferson
Lab's ARC building, room 231-233. At the meeting, we will discuss
key issues in the experimental design, plan the approach to an LOI
and set the stage to form an experimental collaboration to pursue a
diverse program of electroweak and hadronic studies.

forthcoming with a preliminary agenda and logistical information.
