Dear Colleague,
We are writing to inform you about the details of two meetings that will
be held at Jefferson Laboratory to discuss the current status and plans
to launch the 12 GeV parity violating electron scattering program. The
first meeting, to be held on August 12-13, will discuss parity-violating
deep inelastic scattering. The second meeting, to be held on August
14-15, will discuss parity-violating Moller scattering. Both meetings
will feature a full day of talks, followed by open discussion on the
second morning to plan for LOI and proposal preparation.

Both meetings will take place in ARC 231. In order to help us with
planning, we urge those of you who are planning to come to please
register at the respective websites listed above. There is no
registration fee.
