SECOND ANNOUNCEMENT: LATTICE QCD AND EXPERIMENT: REVEALING THE STRUCTUREOF HADRONS---a message from David Richards

LATTICE QCD AND EXPERIMENT: REVEALING THE STRUCTURE OF HADRONS
Jefferson Laboratory, Newport News, VA, US
21-22 November, 2008

REGISTRATION, including dinner on Friday 21st.: $125 before Nov. 2nd
inclusive, $175 thereafter.

This 1½ day workshop is aimed at fostering the exchange of ideas
between nuclear experimentalists, and theorists working in lattice QCD,
so as to gain a deeper understanding of the structure and spectroscopy
of hadrons. The formal program comprises invited talks from both
experimentalists and theorists. The experimental talks cover a range of
topics central to the current and 12 GeV programs at Jefferson
Laboratory, and to the RHIC-spin program at BNL. The lattice talks will
describe the current status of calculations, and the prospects for the
future. The program will provide ample time for discussion, and the
workshop is intended as part of an ongoing series into the future.
